REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your Shop.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to read the Terms & Conditions for each Shop.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you should first attempt to contact the Shop owner to resolve the matter. Please see below for more information on our return policy concerning purchases of Shop Services directly from Makyn.me.
RETURNS
These are the only returns that we are able to assist with.

Unless otherwise stated, all returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at customerservice@makyn.me to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS  
The following items cannot be returned:       ●     Custom Products or Services Created to Customer Specifications.        ●     Digital Arts, Designs, & Media, once provided and downloaded cannot be returned.        ●     Shop Shop Subscription Services, if cancelled, must be set up new and cannot be assigned by Makyn.me.      
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.  Please Note     ●     Makyn.me strictly offers Shops & Shop Subscription Services. NOTE: Makyn.me does NOT offer any products for sale, to be returned. We highly recommend that you review the policies of the Shop you are considering purchasing from as each Shop has their own Terms of Service and SHOULD address the issues of Returns on a Shop-by-Shop basis.
