We provide refunds when circumstances necessitate doing so, however this only applies to the Shop Subscription Services that Makyn.me provides.
Therefore, Makyn.me is not responsible for providing refunds for purchases made through the Artist’s Marketplace.
Purchases from the Artist's Marketplace
We offer multiple Independent Vendor Shops the ability to sell handmade products & creative professional services in the Artist’s Marketplace.
Each Shop is responsible for & capable of performing refunds at their own discretion. It is recommended that each shop define their own Refund Policies pertaining to their shop. The appropriate location to place the Shop’s Refund Policy is in the Terms & Conditions which is accessible from the Artist’s Dashboard.
Prior to purchasing, we recommend that customers check the Terms & Conditions for each Independent Vendor’s Shop to determine eligibility for refund.

Under no circumstances shall Makyn.me be liable to any buyer or third party for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of and/or relating to any product provided or featured in our market.
In no event shall the Makyn.me be held liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the misuse of any product provided or featured in the Artist’s Marketplace.
