We have recently become aware of an issue affecting the rendering of the Shop Dashboard on certain mobile devices, particularly iPhones and iPads when set to view the MANAGE MY SHOP as a Desktop site. This discrepancy in viewport size between the desktop and mobile versions may cause the menu slider located in the hamburger menu to become inaccessible on Safari.
To resolve this problem, please follow these steps:
- Open the Settings app on your Apple device.
- Scroll down and tap on the Safari option.
- Look for the “Request Desktop Website” option and tap to open its settings.
- Ensure that the toggle for “All Websites” is set to off.
By ensuring that this setting is correct, you can prevent any conflicts and ensure a smooth experience when using the Frontend Shop Dashboard on your mobile device.
