HOW TO REGISTER & OPEN SHOP | TUTORIAL #1

This video explains how to Register, perform Email Verification, & Open Shop. Free Shops are completely FREE to open and no fee is assessed for listings. Please see our Shop Pricing for more details! If you have selected an Unlimited Shop, an additional window will appear (not shown here) where you will need to enter the electronic payment method you wish to charge to complete your Shop Subscription.

SHOP SETUP WIZARD | TUTORIAL #2

In the second installment of our series of guided tutorials, we walk through the Shop Setup Wizard. It is a helpful popup modal that assists with completing a good portion of Shop Settings in a neat and tidy fashion. It takes roughly 10 minutes to complete.

In this tutorial, we guide our viewers through how to review basic Shop settings & additional fields available in the Shop Settings located in the Shop Dashboard. We walk through Payment Settings, Shop Shipping Settings, Shop Policies, ShipStation Integration, Shop Business Hours, Customer Service, Analytics Region, Invoicing, Minimum Amount for Free Shipping, & Vacation Mode. This is the THIRD installment of our Shop Settings series. In this tutorial, we guide our viewers through how to access, set up, check details in the User Profile to include linking URLS to their pages on social media. We will cover the topic of ID Verification for Shop Verification Badges in a later tutorial.

GRAVATAR PROFILE IMAGE FOR USER ICON | TUTORIAL #5

The fifth video in our guided tutorial series is on the subject of how to change your user menu icon by setting up a Gravitar Profile. This instructional video provides the complete process, including email verification, selecting the image, and image ratings. Your image may be shown across a variety of sites and could be beneficial for Creatives to use on & off platform! We recommend using your Shop’s logo.

OUR HELPFUL ART & CRAFT PRICING CALCULATOR | TUTORIAL #6

The sixth video in our guided tutorial series is on the subject of how to use the Arts & Craft Pricing Calculator to determine a suggested retail price. Our unique Calculator is a helpful tool that assists users in figuring out the total cost of goods for products & labor. It allows the Independent Shop to increase price by a retail markup percentage & considers the fees that our payment provider, Stripe, subtracts for performing the electronic transactions in our Marketplace. Lastly, our Calculator breaks down the totals in gross proceeds & profit after consideration of the cost of goods sold and labor. It has two main categories that compare the Subscription Shops (NO SALES FEE) to the Free Shops (5% SALES FEE ASSESSED ONLY WHEN SALES ARE MADE). This helps give our Independent Shop Owners a clear idea of their profit margins & take home after these figures are calculated!

ANSWERING INQUIRIES | TUTORIAL #8

The eighth video in our guided tutorial series is on the subject of Shop inquiries & how they work. This instructional video demonstrates the complete process for how Customers create inquiries with Shops and how to access the inquiries once a response is received. It also covers where Independent Shops may access these Shop Inquiries to answer questions posed by potential customers!
