Shipping via NZ Post at cost including postage and any packaging required
Refund Policy
Refunds on return of item, return postage at customers cost, we reserve the right to refund or supply a new item based on the problem
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Custom work: 50% Non-Refundable upfront payment, balance before delivery.
Cancellations within 24hrs of purchase are acceptable, but after 25hrs a 25% restocking fee will be taken.
Intimate garments cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations unless faulty.
